Change-of-Mind or Incorrect Sizing
Due to health and hygiene, Candis Creations cannot accept returns, issue refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind or incorrect sizing of briefs.
Faulty Goods
A refund or exchange can be arranged for faulty goods. However, delivery fees and gift box charges will not be refunded. To arrange a refund or exchange for a faulty product, contact Candis Creations as soon as possible with a description of the problem, a photo showing the issue and proof of purchase. Faulty products may be required to be returned to Candis Creations; this delivery fee will be paid for by Candis Creations. Delivery fees for sending a replacement to you will also be paid for by Candis Creations. However, Candis Creations will not cover additional costs including customs fees or taxes for international shipping. In the case of a refund being issued instead of a replacement, funds will be refunded via the method used to initially purchase the product. The time frame to receive the refund will depend on the time it takes your financial institution to process the refund.
Incorrect Goods
A refund or exchange can be arranged if the products delivered do not match those ordered if Candis Creations is notified of this issue within 14 days of the Goods being received. Delivery fees and gift box charges will not be refunded. Incorrect products may be required to be returned to Candis Creations via Australia Post unworn, unwashed and with the swing-tag attached before a refund or replacement is issued. Delivery fees for incorrect products being returned to Candis Creations will be paid for by Candis Creations if sent via Australia Post. Delivery fees for the replacement goods will also be paid for by Candis Creations. However, Candis Creations will not cover additional costs including customs fees or taxes for international shipping.
