Due to health and hygiene, Candis Creations cannot accept returns, issue refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind or incorrect sizing of briefs. Refunds or replacements can be arranged for faulty or incorrect goods.

If your goods are faulty or do not match what you ordered, contact Candis Creations as soon as possible along with a description of the issue and proof of purchase. A Customer Service Representative will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Why is international shipping expensive?
The cost of shipping is based on Australia Post prices. Candis Creations does not make a profit on shipping. The shipping cost remains the same regardless of the number of pairs of undies ordered so the shipping cost per pair is reduced the more pairs you order!

Does Candis only sell classic briefs?
Currently, Candis Creations only sells classic briefs. The side seam (from the waist band to the top of the legs) on all Candis classic brief designs ranges from XS 7.5cm – XL 9.5cm.

How long is a Gift Certificate valid for?
A Gift Certificate is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Gift Certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. This date cannot be extended and unused balances cannot be refunded or credited after the expiry date.
