Women are seeing gaps in the market and creating innovative products to fill these gaps. Women don’t have to answer to higher management if they own a micro-business. This allows women to explore their own ideas and be more creative and innovative.

Candis Creations is a company founded by a woman for women. I love pretty underwear and wished I could wear it every day. But pretty underwear that was also comfortable was not easy to find in mainstream shops. So, I designed my own pretty lingerie made from cotton with lace detail.

The mentality behind Candis lace lingerie is to challenge the culture around women’s lingerie. Traditionally, nice panties are uncomfortable and have been considered an article of clothing worn only when someone else is going to see it. But Candis endeavours to change this. For this to be a practical vision, Candis creates lace underwear that’s also comfortable lingerie that you can wear all day, every day.

I am proud to have launched Candis Creations. It took two years from conception to launch and a lot of hard work, with a lot of support from loved ones but it was worth it!
